Our Singapore Dessert Collection reinterprets the flavours you grew up with — Orh Nee, Cheng Tng, Chendol, Black Sesame — as snowskin mooncakes, each built around a homemade truffle centre instead of the usual solid paste. Soft snowskin outside, molten truffle inside: it's the same comfort, in a different shape.
Orh Nee (Purple) — Taro-infused lotus filling wrapped around a homemade ginkgo nut truffle.
Cheng Tng (Orange) — Chrysanthemum-infused lotus filling, dried longan, and homemade ginkgo nut truffle — the dessert soup, distilled.
Chendol (Green) — Red bean-infused lotus filling with a homemade coconut chendol truffle centre.
Black Sesame (Blue) — Black sesame infused-lotus paste studded with mochi bits, for texture in every bite.

We require 3 days' notice for cake orders. But don't worry—our 15cm Durian/Gourmet/Eggless cakes are always ready for immediate purchase at all outlets! For urgent orders of 20cm & above and/or designs cakes, please WhatsApp us directly for assistance.

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend collecting your cake a day early to let it thaw overnight in your refrigerator. If you are thawing it on the day of your event, allow 2 hours for non-durian cakes, and 4 hours (or longer for larger sizes) for durian cakes.
