Refund policy
At Emicakes, we are committed to delivering high-quality cakes for your special moments. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order. Paid orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Customer errors (e.g. incorrect delivery address, date, or message)
- Personal taste preferences
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Late delivery due to factors beyond our control
Refunds are only for valid issues such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- An incomplete order
- Products that are damaged upon arrival
- Non-delivery due to an error on our part
Only genuine and shortlisted requests that meet the above criteria will be processed.
 iv. Delivery shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery and must be accompanied by substantial proof to support the claim.
v. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will NOT be entertained for mistyped or unused promotional codes. Please verify the code before completing your purchase.
