Delivery Policies

We kindly request at least 3 days’ notice from the date of order to ensure your cake is perfectly prepared and delivered to you. Please note that delivery is available for orders of $40 or more. 

Standard Delivery

    • Delivery Charges:
      • Enjoy free delivery with orders above $100 (per location).
      • For orders below $100, a small delivery fee of min $10 applies.
    • Delivery Slots:
      • Mondays to Sundays between 9 AM – 6 PM.

      Specific Delivery Time Requests

      We understand some occasions require precise timing! If you need a two-hour delivery window, we’re happy to arrange it for an additional fee of $30.

      Please note that specific time requests depend on availability and may require third-party delivery services, which could incur extra charges. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

      Delivery Areas Not Covered

      While we deliver island-wide, there are some locations we cannot serve:

      • Changi Airport and nearby areas (including cargo buildings),
      • Sentosa Island and areas near the Port of Singapore Authority,
      • Jurong Island,
      • Marina Bay Sands,
      • Hospitals,
      • Beach areas (e.g., East Coast, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Labrador Nature Reserve),
      • Restricted areas such as army camps and airbases.

       

      At Emicakes, we strive to deliver your orders within the selected delivery time slot. However, the following considerations apply:

      Unsuccessful Delivery 

      • If we are unable to successfully deliver your order, it will be sent to the nearest Emicakes outlet for safekeeping. Should you need your cake to be re-delivered, we’d be happy to arrange it for you at a $10 delivery fee for the second attempt. Your satisfaction is our priority!

      Unforeseen Delays

      • To prioritize the safety of our delivery team, timing may be affected by bad weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
      • In such cases, Emicakes shall not be held liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control.

      Festive Season Deliveries

      • During busy festive periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas), deliveries will be scheduled anytime between 9 AM – 7 PM unless stated otherwise.

      Special Instructions

      • If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them clearly when placing your order.

      Delivery to Tuas and Jurong

      • Due to the distance from our factory, Deliveries to Tuas and certain areas in Jurong will incur a $20 delivery fee due to the distance from our factory.

      Redirected Deliveries

      • If you need to redirect your delivery to a different address, a $10 surcharge will apply, subject to driver availability.
