Welcome to Emicakes! ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website www.emicakes.com.sg and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Information About Us

We are registered in Singapore under Business Registration Number 202447486R with our registered office at 5 Kaki Bukit Road 1 #05-03 Eunos Technolink Singapore (415936).

2. Service Availability

Our website serves customers in Singapore only. Orders from outside Singapore will not be accepted.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at checkout using the selected payment method.
3.3 Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
3.4 If you wish to amend your order after payment, the request must be communicated in writing via email to sales@emicakes.com.sg at least 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) in advance. We reserve the right to proceed with the original order as placed if amendment requests are made less than 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date. 

    4. Prices and Promotions

    4.1 Prices listed on the website are accurate at the time of order.
    4.2 Promotional codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be refunded or reissued for errors.

    5. Returns and Refunds

    5.1 No orders can be cancelled once payment is made unless it is a mistake by Emicakes. In such cases, contact sales@emicakes.com.sg or leave a message on our website. We will respond on the next business day if the issue occurs outside of operating hours. 
    5.2 Any claims for delivery shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery and must be accompanied by substantial proof to support the claim.
    5.3 Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will not be entertained for mistyped or unused promotional codes. Please verify the code before completing your purchase.

    6. Delivery

    7. Limitation of Liability

    7.1 We are only liable for the purchase price of defective products.
    7.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transport disruptions).

    8. Governing Law

    8.1 All contracts are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.

    9. Waiver and Severability

    9.1 If Emibakes (S) Pte. Ltd. does not enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, it does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision or any other part of these Terms and Conditions at a later date. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
    9.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
