1. Ordering and Payment
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability.
Q: I need a cake urgently. Can you help?
A: If you need a cake urgently, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +65 8113 7960, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q: Can I customize my cake design or filling?
A: Yes, we offer customization options. Please contact us at sales@emicakes.com.sg or via WhatsApp at +65 8113 7960 for assistance.
2. Delivery
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: We offer free delivery for orders above $100. For detailed information, visit our Delivery Page.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Yes, but changes must be made in writing at least 3 business days before the delivery date.
Q: What if I need to change my delivery time or location on the delivery day?
A: Once your order is out for delivery, we’re unable to make any changes. If no one is available to receive the cake, it will be sent to the nearest Emicakes outlet for self-collection. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed for perishable items.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Standard delivery doesn’t support specific timings, but we can arrange this for you with an additional fee.Â
Q: Do you deliver to restricted locations like Sentosa or Changi Airport?
A: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to certain restricted locations. For a full list, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Amendments
Q: Can I cancel or amend my order after it’s placed?
A: Cancellations are not allowed once payment is made unless there is an error on our part. Amendments can be requested at least 3 business days in advance.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the cake I received?
A: If there is an issue with your cake, please contact us immediately at sales@emicakes.com.sg with your order details and photos.

4. Product Storage and Handling
Q: How should I store my purchase?
A: Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2-3 days for the best quality. Durian-based products, however, must be stored in the freezer.
Q: How should I enjoy your cakes?
A: For extended freshness, cakes can be stored in the freezer. When ready to enjoy, thaw the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal taste and texture. Durian products are recommended to be thawed for at least 1 hour in the before cake-cutting session.Â

Q: How do I apply a promo code?
A: Enter your promo code at checkout. Ensure it is correctly applied before completing your purchase, as codes cannot be refunded or reissued.
Q: Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
A: No, only one promo code can be used per order.

Q: Are your products Halal-certified?
A: No, we are not Halal-certified. However, we do not use pork, lard, or alcohol in our products or manufacturing processes. If you have specific dietary concerns, feel free to contact us for more details.
Q: Do you offer eggless cakes?
A: Yes, we do offer eggless cakes! However, since they are made in the same facilities as our regular cakes, there may be trace amounts of non-egg ingredients due to shared equipment. Additionally, our eggless cakes contain dairy, so they may not be suitable for strict vegetarian or vegan diets.
