Delivery Policy

To ensure every cake is freshly prepared and delivered with care, kindly place your order 3 days in advance. Delivery is only available for orders of $40 and above.

Standard Delivery

  • Within 9 am - 6 pm
  • Enjoy free standard delivery for orders above $100
  • For orders below $100, a delivery fee from $10 applies
  • Available daily, including weekends and public holidays

AM / PM Slot Delivery

Prefer a narrower timeframe? Choose from:

  • AM Slot (9 am – 3 pm): $15
  • PM Slot (12 pm – 6 pm): $15

Specific Time Requests

We understand some occasions require precise timing! If you need a two-hour delivery window, we’re happy to arrange it for an additional fee of $30.

Please note that specific time requests depend on availability and may require third-party delivery services, which could incur extra charges. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Delivery Areas Not Covered

While we deliver island-wide, the following areas are currently not serviceable:

  • Changi Airport (including cargo areas)
  • Sentosa Island and PSA vicinity
  • Jurong Island
  • Marina Bay Sands
  • Hospitals
  • Beaches (East Coast, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Labrador)
  • Restricted zones such as army camps and airbases

Delivery to Tuas & Jurong

Deliveries to Tuas and selected Jurong locations will incur a $20 surcharge due to distance from our factory.

Redirected Deliveries

Need to change the delivery address at the very last minute? A $30 redirection fee will apply, subject to driver availability.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If we’re unable to complete the delivery:

  • Your order will be sent to the nearest Emicakes outlet
  • Re-delivery can be arranged at $30 

Festive Period Deliveries

During peak seasons such as Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day (9–11 May 2025), Mid-Autumn Festival, and Christmas, deliveries will take place anytime between 9 am – 6 pm, unless stated otherwise.

Unforeseen Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, factors like bad weather, traffic conditions, or other unexpected events may cause delays. We seek your kind understanding that Emicakes is not liable for such disruptions.

Special Instructions

If you have specific delivery directions (e.g. unit number, drop-off point), kindly provide them when placing your order.
