Delivery Policies Emicakes makes all Cake Deliveries with Freezer Trucks in order to preserve cakes as much as possible for our esteemed customers. 1) With effect from 2nd JUNE 2008, there will be a fuel surcharge of S$2/- for delivery for a min NETT purchase:- - $50.00 nett for Non-CBD delivery - $60.00 nett for CBD delivery Delivery is subject to our delivery schedule, choice of Morning AM or Afternoon PM: AM (9am-3pm) | PM (1pm-6pm) For Special Delivery Timing with minimum 2 hours lead time, e.g. 2pm-4pm, delivery service available with delivery charge. Please call 6749 6782 for delivery charges and timings. Strictly subject to availability as per driver schedule. For Festive Seasons including Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas Delivery Timings are strictly WHOLE day, meaning 8am-6pm unless otherwise indicated on order form. No Special Delivery Timing is available during this period. For NETT purchase that does not meet the minimum amounts stated above, delivery is available with a delivery charge. - e.g. cake purchase is worth $50, after 10% discount, NETT purchase is now $45 which is considered to below the minimum requirement of $50. Fuel surcharge is a fixed amount not eligible for discount. Terms and Conditions: Special timing delivery available at nominal charge. Minimum purchase for delivery applies for all days. The restricted delivery area still applies. 2) All deliveries only in Singapore. Please note that orders from overseas can only be made to Singapore addresses. 3) For orders via the Emicakes website, they are subject to 2 working days telephone confirmation. For overseas orders, confirmation is via email. 4) We can deliver to any local address except for the following areas: i) All protected areas i.e. army camps, airbases ii) Sentosa and the area bordering the Port of Singapore Authority. iii) Jurong Island. iv) All beach areas listed below, including the barbeque pits and carparks within Beach Areas: Changi, East Coast Park, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Sembawang, West Coast, Labrador Nature Reserve If you have seek any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our sales staff for clarification. 5)-The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and Emicakes endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing. -Ice-cream cake delivery to be in the morning delivery timing only (9am-3pm) -To ensure Emicakes drivers’ safety on the road, delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Emicakes shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control -Self collection of cake orders at any Emicakes outlets is available daily during opening hours. -Delivery Schedule for Regular periods is AM(9am-3pm) or PM(1pm-6pm). For Festive periods, including Chinese New Year Eve/Day, Mother's Day Eve/Day and Christmas Eve/Day, Delivery Schedule is whole day (usually 8am-6pm) due to Peak Orders. 6) Ice-cream cake delivery to be in the morning delivery timing only (9am-3pm). This is to prevent melting and to deliver the ice-cream cake to our valued customers in the best possible condition. Emicakes reserves the right to amend the delivery policies without prior notice.

Refund Policy Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. If there is any problem with the cake we would appreciate if you returned the cake to us within 3 working days before we can consider a refund.
